Phil is the best agent that I have met. I recommended him to co-workers at work and they were pleased as well. It was nice to have somebody that was very intelligent. Most real-estate agents are either pushy or lack knowledge. Phil was very patient with us and and very knowledgeable even about engineering and functionality. We purchased a new-build home and he was there at every walk down with us to help find anything that could be a potential problem. Great guy and a great agent!
